Frutas Bela, founded in 1998, operates in the agri-food sector, commercialising fruit and vegetable products.
Frutas Bela is governed by a policy of quality, concerned with continually monitoring the efficiency levels of its services in order to meet the satisfaction of its customers, increasingly focusing on the export of apples and pears in their various varieties.
Our branch has a warehouse equipped with state-of-the-art refrigeration technology and calibrators specific to each variety, for national products, in this case apples and pears, where various operations are carried out, such as:
Storage
Conservation
Calibration
Packaging
Over the years, and with the experience we have acquired, we have invested in the quality of our production. Our farmers produce exclusively for us and are accompanied by trained professionals who specialise in the different varieties they produce, thus maintaining the excellent quality of our products.
Our apples are grown at altitudes of between 500 and 800 metres and this allows us to obtain fruit with unique characteristics. Our apples are more aromatic, crisper and more flavoursome than other varieties grown in other regions. Hence the Mountain Apple.
In this specific case, Frutas Bela commercialised approximately 6 million kilos of national apples, 90% of which were exported.
